The charges stem from an incident in Newport Beach, California, on September 17. According to charging papers obtained by NBC News, all three charges are misdemeanors. Beador, 59, allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .24%, which is three times the legal limit. Her attorney, Michael L. Fell, has stated that Beador is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.
