• Vin Diesel sued for sexual battery, wrongful termination, and hostile work environment by former assistant
• Accused of groping and sexually assaulting his former assistant while working with him during the filming of Fast Five in 2010
• Diesel’s lawyer categorically denies the claim and states that there is clear evidence to refute these allegations
Here is what happened:
Vin Diesel is facing a legal battle as he was sued for sexual battery, wrongful termination and a hostile work environment by his former assistant. The lawsuit alleges that in 2010, Diesel groped her in a hotel suite. Diesel’s lawyer denies these claims, stating that there is clear evidence that refutes the allegations.
According to the lawsuit, the former assistant, Asta Jonasson, was hired by Diesel’s company in 2010. The suit claims that after the last woman left the hotel suite, Diesel allegedly sexually assaulted her by grabbing and groping her, as well as attempting to kiss her. The lawsuit states that Jonasson was terrified and screamed, attempting to break free from his grasp.
Diesel then allegedly followed Jonasson, pinned her against a wall, and grabbed her hand, placing it on his erect penis. The lawsuit further claims that Diesel exposed himself and began to masturbate while Jonasson was unable to escape. The suit also alleges that Jonasson was later terminated from her employment in a phone call from Diesel’s sister, the president of One Race.
The former assistant is seeking compensation for damages, including emotional distress. Diesel’s representative, as well as One Race, have not responded to requests for comment.
